Yes. You can safely leave your luggage before check-in or after check-out, so you can enjoy Ghent without your bags. Lockers are available.

On the Augustijnenkaai in the historic centre of Ghent. Thanks to our calm setting by the water, you are within walking distance of the Gravensteen, the Graslei, the Patershol and other sights.

The Gravensteen, the Graslei and Korenlei, the Patershol, the Vrijdagmarkt and Saint Bavo's Cathedral are all a few minutes' walk from the hotel.

Several public car parks are within easy reach of the hotel, including Parking Ramen, Parking Vrijdagmarkt and Parking Tolhuis. Contact us for current information and the best parking options during your stay.

It depends on the rate you chose. On a flexible rate, your booking can be changed or cancelled free of charge up to 2 days before arrival. Non-refundable rates cannot be cancelled or moved free of charge. If you booked somewhere other than our website, please contact the company you booked with.

The Non Refundable rate is a lower rate that is charged immediately; your reservation cannot be changed or refunded. The Fully Flexible rate lets you cancel or change free of charge up to 2 days before arrival; payment is taken automatically 2 days before arrival, and a later cancellation is charged for the full stay.

We ask for a credit card as a guarantee when you book on our website. No credit card? No problem, just get in touch. You can then book by prepayment via bank transfer (100%) or with a secure online payment link on request.

It depends on the rate you choose. You can easily add breakfast for €20 and enjoy our fresh, local buffet.

The tourist tax in Ghent is €4.40 per person per night.

Yes, you can pay with eco-vouchers. Please mention this with your reservation under 'Special requests' so we can prepare it correctly. To pay with eco-vouchers, book the Fully Flexible rate on our website; we still ask for a valid credit card as a guarantee.

Not all of them. Some rooms have a king-size bed, others a queen-size bed or separate beds. This is always noted with the room type.

We do not have classic connecting rooms with a door between them. We do offer a Cosy Double and a Family Terrace that share a private hall, with no other rooms connected to it, so you still enjoy extra privacy and the feel of a connected stay. We also have two Cosy Double rooms that sit together on a hallway of their own. Both arrangements are ideal for families or groups who want to stay close together.
